We are also able to help with the customised design of precast concrete products and associated accessories suitable for any UK drainage project. We have extensive experience in designing and manufacturing bespoke headwalls, bespoke flap valves and penstocks as well as bespoke trash screens and safety grilles.

We do not publish a headwall price list as typically our headwalls are manufactured to order. The benefits of this approach are that we cast the opening to suit the specific diameter of pipe you are using and set the invert level of the pipe opening in the back wall to your exact requirements based on these details.

By making our concrete headwalls to order we are also able to cast in fixing points for factory fitted accessories such as Kee Klamp® handrails, flap valves, penstocks and gratings. One of the benefits of this approach is that the headwall does not have to be drilled on site once in-situ. This speeds up the installation and has significant health and safety benefits to the contractor. Equally as important it substantially reduces the amount of concrete that has to be poured near the watercourse.
