| Multiple Pipe Openings Sometimes you will need to have two pipes entering the watercourse at very nearly the same point, there may not be enough room to accommodate two headwalls or it may be more cost effective to go for a larger Headwall with two openings. There are also occasions where a pipe run comes in from the side and therefore the pipe opening needs to be in the Wingwall as opposed to the backwall. We can offer both the above options. The number of openings we can cast depends on their size and required position; If you can provide a drawing we can pass to our technical department and advise immediately whether we can accommodate your requirements. Consideration needs to be taken of the outside diameter of the pipe as the opening is normally cast in with suitable clearance around the outside of the incoming pipe.
Dependant on soil conditions it may also be necessary to have weep holes cast in the Backwall or Wingwalls.
